Formation Stages

Your overall formation is classified into four stages based on your average vector scores:

• Foundation (0-25%) — Just beginning
• Growing (25-50%) — Building understanding
• Formed (50-75%) — Solid grounding
• Advanced (75-100%) — Deep formation
