Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Mary visits her cousin Elizabeth, carrying Christ in her womb. At Mary's greeting, John the Baptist leaps in Elizabeth's womb and Elizabeth is filled with the Holy Spirit. The Magnificat is spoken. This feast was universalised by the Council of Basel in 1441.
